What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for OpenJDK 11. See the Prerequisites section on the Messaging Apps/Social Engagement page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites.(MSGA-3679)
• Starting from the DMS version 9.1.008.08 and Genesys Driver for SMS and MMS 9.0.003.03, High Availability is supported for SMS messaging with media type SMS Session. (MSGA-3540)

  You must install Workspace Desktop Edition 8.5.153.05 or later to use this feature.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The driver now fully conforms to the language-specific technical specification, ETSI TS 123 038 V17.0.0 (2022-04). Previously, an issue occurred when handling the last octet of the SMS messages. (MSGA-3675)
