What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for OpenJDK 8. See the Prerequisites section on the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (KM-4565)
• You can now create and edit Genesys Chat Notifications (also known as WhatsApp Highly Structured Messages) in standard responses. (KM-4560)
• A live preview now appears when editing most structured messages to show you how the message will appear to the customer. You can also click Render Field Codes to render field codes and associated variables, if any, that are used in the message. Variables are rendered with their default value. (KM-4545)
• Date Picker is now known as Time Picker. (KM-4544)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

You can now save an Apple Pay structured message if there is text in the Supported Countries field. Previously, the Save button was disabled. (KM-4511)
