Media Control Platform (MCP) no longer falls into infinite loop when a cache track file is broken. (GVP-46227)

Call Process Detection (CPD) tone detection functionality in preconnect state when Carrier Message Detection is enabled is restored now in MCP. Previously, this functionality stopped working since 9.0.029.58. (GVP-46310)

MCP no longer terminates unexpectedly in the middle of a prompt when the codec is switched from OPUS to other codecs by the remote party.
