The PKCS#12 certificates created by OpenSSL 3.0+ can now be imported into Windows 2016 certificate store if you generate the certificate by adding the -legacy option in the certificate generation script. Previously, these certificates could not be imported into Windows Server 2016 and earlier versions due to compatibility issues between Windows Server 2016 and OpenSSL 3.0+. (MFWK-24749)
