Genesys Pulse
GNINE template issue ..

When I look at the tagging job aid page for Pulse, it lists a lot of different products – products other than Pulse. It shouldn’t do that. There is Composer Help, CX Contact Help, Genesys Care Workbench, Advisors Deployment Guide (which we know about), Platform SDK Deployment Guide, and the Genesys Engage cloud Admin’s Guide. So there’s a bigger problem than just the Advisors Deployment Guide showing up. I also see that it is linking to your User page where you set up the Pulse Landing Page. I remember having problems with that when I set up the Advisors landing page. I had to delete all the content off of my User page, and then everything was ok. Can you try that please? That might solve the issues. I would copy your “code” from your User page to a Text file or something and save it in case you need it again.
By the way, I removed some empty spaces on your 9.0 ReadMe source page. I apologize, but I remember having issues because of that, too.
Anyway, would you please remove the “duplicate” Pulse landing page from your User page and then reload your “real” Pulse landing page and see what happens. I think that might fix the problems.
