• The Interaction Server java-config/jvm-path application option is required for message transformation.

Also the jvm-options section must be properly configured (most notably, the -Djava.class.path option.

• Regarding the schemaDocumentPath option (for both the XML File ICP and JMS ICP), I would add this note:

If using iWD compatibility mode, Genesys suggests commenting out the schemaDocumentPath option (e.g. //SchemaDocumentPath), because the iwd_messages.xsd schema is extremely restrictive. See JMS CP Config Options for an example.
