SIP Feature Server Deployment Guide

SIP Feature Server works in conjunction with SIP Server and other Genesys components to provide voicemail and other services. Deployment differs depending on your choice of installation modes.

In any mode, you can set up multiple Feature Servers to handle load balancing. In standalone and mixed modes you can also achieve high availability through an N+1 configuration.
