LivePerson Adapter supports Genesys-to-LivePerson systems integration, including support for LivePerson proactive-chat, LivePerson proactive-callback, and LivePerson scheduled-callback invitations to web visitors during non-peak
website-interaction periods.
Important! LivePerson Adapter reached End of Life (EOL) on August 21, 2015. It can be ordered up until February 21, 2016. It reaches End of Maintenance on February 21, 2017 and End of Support on August 21, 2017. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
