LivePerson Adapter (EOL)

What is LivePerson Adapter?

LivePerson Adapter supports Genesys-to-LivePerson systems integration, including support for LivePerson proactive-chat, LivePerson proactive-callback, and LivePerson scheduled-callback invitations to web visitors during non-peak website-interaction periods.

Important!

  • LivePerson Adapter entered End of Life (EOL) on August 21, 2015. It enters End of Maintenance on February 21, 2017, and reaches End of Support on August 21, 2017. If you have questions, contact your account representative.
