Contact Center Advisor and Workforce Advisor is part of 9.x starting in 9.0.000.06.

This Release Note applies to all 9.0.x releases of Contact Center Advisor and Workforce Advisor. Links in the Available Releases section enable you to access information regarding a specific release.
