File Capture Point Configuration Options

This section briefly describes some of the File Capture Point configuration options. Refer to the eServices 8.1 Reference Manual for detailed descriptions of all Capture Point-related configuration options.

Notes from Adam Rosen: The Interaction Server java-config/jvm-path application option is required for message transformation. Also the jvm-options section must be properly configured (most notably, the -Djava.class.path option.

Regarding the schemaDocumentPath option (for both the XML File ICP and JMS ICP), I would add this note:

If using iWD compatibility mode, Genesys suggests commenting out the schemaDocumentPath option (e.g. //SchemaDocumentPath), because the iwd_messages.xsd schema is extremely restrictive.
