What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- With this new feature option set to ‘true’ in configuration, E-mail Server now split the ‘To’ and ‘CC’ recipients list and generates an interaction for each of these recipients in the list and submits these interactions. When a pop-client processes an email to the mailbox, the same email will be copied into multiple copies based on the recipient list.
Without this feature option set, previously E-mail Server creates only one interaction per email and submits that interaction.
- Known Issues*: With this new feature of splitting the recipients, if there is any *invalid* email address in the recipients list when the email is composed/send, the current design does not create any interactions even for the valid recipients. (ESR-15034)
