What is AudioCodes?
Genesys resells AudioCodes Enterprise Session Border Controllers (E-SBCs) and media gateways for its SIP Select program. AudioCodes hybrid platforms of Mediant E-SBCs and Media Gateways provide Genesys IP contact center deployments with interfaces to SIP trunks, IP-PBX, legacy PBXs and the PSTN.
