Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
[NEW_TP] Workspace can now be configured to rely on an extended set of dynamic data when executing ‘ready’, ‘not ready’, or ‘log-off’ actions in the scope of Team Lead status management functions. This capability can be required in some specific switch environments like Avaya Communication Server. The new option teamlead.agent-status.get-queue-from-extensions should be set to ‘true’ to activate this behavior. (IW-18202)
[NEW_TP] The new option ‘interaction-management.sort-result-pages-locally’ is introduced to restore the sorting behavior of Interaction Queue Filters in place before Workspace version 8.5.145.06. By default, Workspace is presenting the paginated result set of an Interaction Queue Filter according to the sorting processed by Interaction Server or Interaction Server Proxy. When this option is set to ‘true’, the sorting is computed locally (behavior before version 8.5.145.06). Warning: in the case of local sorting, the calculated sorting is applied to the current result set page. Suppose Interaction Server or Interaction Server Proxy returns the result set in multiple pages, and the full result set is not properly ordered by Interaction Server or Interaction Server Proxy; in that case, the sorting across pages is not guaranteed. (IW-18171)
[NEW_TP] The rendering of hyperlinks presented in HTML emails has been improved. Previously some hyperlinks style classes could be rendered in Workspace with no contrast between text and background. (IW-18140)
[NEW_TP] In SIP Business Continuity environments, Workspace restores the agent state after switching to the 'peer' SIP Server pair when the agent state turns to the 'out of service' state. This happens when the SIP traffic to the preferred SIP Server is interrupted, for example, when the preferred SBC is shutting down. (IW-18120)
