Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The client part of WFM Web has been improved to be able to correctly display the enlarged font in several places. Previously, the text was not fully displayed in the redesigned places. (WFM-37552)
[Known Issue]: Existing Max. % Agents values disappear from Time-Off Limits table in Calendar view of WFM Web for Supervisors when only Max. Agents value is set via Set Values wizard. Values are not actually removed and appear as expected after changes are saved or discarded (WFM-37541)
WFM Web has been updated to allow agent to leave a carpool without errors. Previously in WFM Web for Agents in Configuration>Shared Transport Overview, a view error occurred when trying to leave a shared transport (WFM-37505)
[Known Issues]: In WFM Web for Supervisors in Policies>Marked Times view confirmation dialog about unsaved changes doesn't appear when user changes "Special uses" option and goes out from the item edit view (WFM-37499)
In WFM Web New UI Forecast scenario Staffing view the predefined Planned and Unplanned options have been removed from Select Shrinkage Profiles dialog in Required Staffing wizard. Similar groups can be created manually as any other schedule state group in Configuration>Schedule State Groups view if required (WFM-37449)
The WFM Web New UI Forecast module has been updated to display the correct data in the main grid when the user tries to compare data to previous years. (WFM-37016)
