Unassign Device
A device can be unassigned from an agent by using DELETE method:
Requests
- ...api/v2/users/{userid}/devices/{deviceid}
- Unassigns device from target user
- Requires contact center admin role
- ...api/v2/me/devices/{deviceid}
- Unassigns device from current user
- Requires contact center agent role.
Example
DELETE .../api/v2/users/{user_id}/devices/{device_id}
