LCA now establishes a mutually secured connection with SCS using TLS if tls-mutual=1 is set in the [security] section of the LCA configuration file, and if other security-related parameters are configured properly. Previously, LCA ignored this option and established only a simple TLS connection with SCS. (MFWK-17545)
