In Linux, Local Control Agent (LCA) now terminates a process using the SIGKILL signal if it did not start within the startup time limit. Previously in this scenario, LCA interrupted the process by using the SIGINT signal, and as a result, some unmonitored processes occurred in the system. (MFWK-22623)
