Recording Processor can now connection to the configuration server using the new application_name parameter. Previously, when working in server connection mode, Recording Processor failed to connect to the backup configuration server when the primary configuration server was down. (GIR-3142)

The Recording Processor Script's backup_failed_metadata option is now enabled by default. (GIR-3113)

Recording Processor Script now processes MCP posts of the secondary segment when the call_end_threshold_minutes parameter is not set to 0. (GIR-2622)
