What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- A new configuration option mm-agent-logout-optimization is added in the [statserver] section to efficiently process multiple concurrent logouts of multimedia agents. (SS-8990)
- Support for Oracle 19c and Oracle 19c RAC. See the Real-Time Metrics Engine page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported databases. (SS-8932)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Stat Server no longer becomes unresponsive when a large number of concurrent multimedia actions (for example, InteractionWait) are registered on the Tenant object. Previously, in a large multimedia environment with the subscribe-for-all-ixn-server-events option set to yes, Stat Server could become unresponsive due to 100% CPU consumption. (SS-9086)
Stat Server processing of multimedia agent logout is improved. Setting the new mm-agent-logout-optimization option to true may help to reduce Stat Server CPU consumption in a large multimedia environment with spikes of agent logout activity. This option is especially beneficial for environments with agents logged into many media channels and the substantial list of associated virtual queues. The option's default value false makes Stat Server process agent logouts using its original algorithm. (SS-8990)
