What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Genesys Cloud API Driver for Twitter has been rebuilt with 9.0-compatible libraries.

Important

• The latest version of Cloud API Driver for Twitter is compatible with Social Message Server 8.5.1 version and also Digital Messaging Server 9.0.x versions. You can choose the appropriate Messaging Server during the installation process.
• The Driver also includes new templates based on DMS.
• The Driver requires Java 8.
