What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The handling of transport exceptions for SIP over TLS is improved. Now, Genesys Softphone tries reconnecting to the same SIP proxy or SBC immediately after receiving such a transport exception. Previously, those transport exceptions were ignored, and Genesys Softphone would switch over to the next configured SIP proxy or SBC after a SIP transaction timeout. (SOFTPHONE-1348)
- Support for macOS 13 (Ventura). See the Genesys Softphone page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (SOFTPHONE-1317)
