What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Genesys Pulse 9.0.002.01 requires Genesys Pulse Collector 9.0.001.xx. There is no 9.0.002.xx release of Genesys Pulse Collector.

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Genesys Pulse now works correctly when HTTPS is terminated on Proxy or Load Balancer regardless of the X-Forward-* header settings. (WBRT-11764)

The Line widget now always shows the first line segment for the selected time interval. (WBRT-11604)

Genesys Pulse installation procedure now uses the JAVA_HOME variable instead of the registry key on the Windows platform in order to detect Java installation. (WBRT-11572)

The Grid Widget and Data View now properly show objects when the Agent Group is selected for the widget and all objects have been removed from the group and added back to the group. (WBRT-11550)
