Users can now specify the IVR Profiles for which they have access and generate the Historical Call Browser reports for the same. As part of fixing this functionality, the IVR Profile field has been made mandatory. Previously, users were able to generate the historical reports for all the IVR profiles regardless of their access to the IVR profiles. (GVP-47022)
