This release contains the following resolved issues:

Pulse Collector now correctly reflects changes in agent skill levels in the formula-based statistics (Skill.Level). Previously, snapshots did not reflect skill-level updates that were made in the object properties. (WBRT-12655)

Pulse Collector now uses the multithreaded versions of internal libraries. Previously, Pulse Collector was at risk of hanging or terminating unexpectedly because of race conditions related to logging. (WBRT-12594)
