What's New
This is the initial 9.0 release of Reporting and Analytics Aggregates.
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- A new aggregate table, AGT_SDR_BOT_*, provides a rollup of interactions involving bots, and associated with Designer applications. For more information, see the Reporting and Analytics Aggregates Physical Data Model documentation for your RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle). A new option, enable-sdr-bot, enables the population of the AGT_SDR_BOT_* table. (GCXI-3897)
- The performance of interval aggregates I_AGENT, I_MN_SESS_STATE, I_SESS_STATE, and I_STATE_RSN is improved on partitioned databases. (GCXI-3826)
