This page describes information that has been added or substantially changed since the previous release of Performance Management Advisors Frontline Advisor software.
- You can view agent skills in the Team pane of the Frontline Advisor dashboard. See Can I View Agent Skills in the Monitoring Hierarchy?
- On the dashboard, you can display custom historical chat and email agent group metrics that use the Short, Medium, or Long time profile group. See the Time Profile entry on the Report Metrics page.
- Starting in release 8.5.1, Frontline Advisor includes some intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD) source metrics. The iWD source metrics include a Media_Workitem filter. Before you enable the default iWD metrics, you must configure an attribute value in the Advisors Filters business attribute to correspond to the Media_Workitem filter. See Filtered Source Metrics.
