WFM Builder now provides improved time to reschedule a single day rebuild of Multi-Site Activities, when using the following combinations of schedule items:

• Breaks only
• Breaks and Meals
• Activity, Activity Sets, Task Sequences
• Breaks, Meals, Activity, Activity Sets, Task Sequences without affecting the start/end

WFM Builder now provides improved scheduling of individual and single Site Meetings that do not require 100% agent attendance when anchored Breaks are present. WFM Builder attempts to keep anchored Breaks in place, but excludes the agent from Meetings that have more than or equal to the minimum number of required attendees.

Tip

If the number of scheduled agents cannot be reduced or if a single Site cannot be moved for some reason, anchored Breaks might still be affected.

WFM Builder does not apply this improvement to split or multi-site Meetings. (WFM-23715)

WFM Builder provides improved performance in Schedule builds that include Contracts that have the exact monthly days off specified. Previously in this scenario, these schedules took much longer to build when the Schedule Scenario overlapped more than one scheduling period. (WFM-23530)
