This release contains the following resolved issues:

Configuration Server now applies the default values of the audit-expiration and audit-max-records options when the history-log section is absent. Previously, the Master Configuration Server did not apply the default values of these two options when the history-log section was absent in both the cfg/conf file and the application configuration object. Configuration Server failed to truncate the history log in the database, accordingly. (MFWK-23196)
