What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Starting from this release of Interaction Server, support for Windows Server 2012 is reintroduced. See the eServices page in the Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems, browsers, web server applications, and databases. (IXN-6481)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Interaction Server now correctly unfreezes views when an interaction is placed in the underlying queue. Previously, in very rare cases, views could stay frozen. (IXN-5643)

Interaction Server now places all routing interactions in queue when the router handling more than 10000 interactions is disconnected suddenly. Previously in this scenario, in rare cases, some interactions were not placed in queue. (IXN-5168)
