What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Starting from this release, Interaction Server no longer specifies the default ODBC drivers in the ODBC connection string of DAP and DB Event Logger. Thus, the Driver and/or the DSN ODBC connection setting must be specified in the option connection-string explicitly. See Upgrade Notes for more information. (IXN-5040)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Interaction Server now correctly starts capture points after switching to the Primary mode. Previously, after switching to the Primary mode, IXN Server did not start capture points whose options were changed when IXN Server was running in the Backup mode. (IXN-6778)
Interaction Server now correctly cleans up the memory on finishing internal threads. Previously, there were some memory leaks with internal threads. (IXN-5698)
Upgrade Notes
- Check whether the option settings/connection-string of IXN DAP contains either the Driver or the DSN ODBC connection setting. If it doesn't, then specify the full path to the ODBC driver used by Interaction Server in the Driver ODBC connection setting in the option settings/connection-string.
- Check whether the option logger-settings/connection-string of the DB Event Logger contains either the Driver or the DSN ODBC connection setting. If it doesn't, then specify the full path to the ODBC driver used by Interaction Server in the Driver ODBC connection setting in the option logger-settings/connection-string.
