In a distributed Solution Control Server (SCS) environment, when an LCA port is modified for a host, only the controlling SCS connects to that host. Previously, in such a scenario, all the SCS in the system tried connecting to that host. (MFWK-23087)

SCS now starts a Genesys application correctly in a distributed environment. Previously, when two SCS were primary, the Genesys application sometimes failed to start. (MFWK-23078)
