What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• The WFM Web for Supervisors and Web for Agents interfaces have been updated with the current Genesys logos and branding. (WFM-27579, WFM-27581)
• In the WFM Web for Agents interface, the Schedule > Other Schedules > Others Schedule Settings dialog is now named Other Schedules Settings. (WFM-26832)
• In WFM Web, agents can now narrow the range of hours in the My Schedule view to display only the hours in their contract. Agents enable this feature by opening the Settings dialog box and checking the Presentation Properties > Use contract hours check box. (WFM-23595)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

WFM Web's Agent Properties report now includes Rotating Patterns assigned to agents when the report is run for more than one agent. Previously, assigned Rotating Patterns were sometimes not included in the report. (WFM-27769)

WFM Web now works properly when importing Forecast data from .csv files containing only one line. Previously in this scenario, WFM Web would freeze shortly after attempting to load data. (WFM-27743)

WFM Web for Supervisors' Reports Scheduler now shows a current list of agents in wizard pages where agents are selected. Previously, the list of agents in wizard pages was not current. Only Report Scheduler is affected by this issue. (WFM-27693)

The localization.bat file in the WFM Web installation Package (IP), now supports complete resource extraction and packaging. For detailed information about how to use the localization.bat file, run it with either the -h or /? option. Previously, running the localization.bat file did not update the text resources for the latest WFM Web for Agents UI, as expected. (WFM-27691)

Users can now log into WFM Web when the server's host name starts with the letters "d" or "m", or the path to the application starts with these same letters. For example:

• http://demo:8080/wfm
• http://memo:8080/wfm
• http://localhost:8080/dwfm
• http://localhost:8080/mwfm

Previously, when users attempted to log into WFM Web using these types of host names or URLs, login failed. This issue, introduced in WFM Web 8.5.207, is resolved. (WFM-27633)

In the WFM Agent Mobile Client's Add Time Off screen, the Paid hours check box is now correctly disabled when the agent unchecks the Full day check box. Previously, when the Paid hours check box was incorrectly enabled, WFM did not consider Part-Day Time-Off requests and used an incorrect value. (WFM-27427)
