What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• A new setting is introduced in the WFM Web for Agents Configuration > My Settings view. Agents can now check/enable the Prevent messages from auto-hiding check box to prevent error, confirmation, and validation messages from disappearing after 5 seconds. Messages remain open until the agent clicks Close. Previously, these messages were hidden after 5 seconds and sometimes appeared multiple times. (WFM-33641)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

In the WFM Web for Supervisors Schedule Bidding view, users can expand the Bidding Profiles table rows to display shift start and end times for each week. Previously, WFM displayed shift start and end times in a separate window for each profile, making it difficult to compare shifts within the bidding profiles. Also, users now see a Confirmation dialog prior to removing a bid. (WFM-33680)

Agents can no longer change the status of Granted and Recalled Time-Off types in the WFM Web for Agents Calendar view. Previously, agents could change the Time-off type using the Edit Time Off dialog, which caused negative time-off balances. WFM does not approve Recalled and Granted time off types. (WFM-33573)
