Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Agents can now receive all Facebook comments in WDE after merging Facebook interactions together. Previously, some Facebook comments were not delivered to WDE after merging the interactions. (SMD-5783)
An issue that caused the exception, TokenInvalidException: This token no longer valid. Renew it, in the DMS log is fixed. Previously, the exception occurred when switching between primary and backup DMS instances. (SMD-5381)
An issue that caused the outbound Facebook comments to fail sometimes is now fixed. The issue occurred when there was an invalid connection with Genesys Hub. (SMD-5367)
An issue that caused the driver to skip some Facebook comments during an automatic recovery of Facebook interactions is now fixed. (SMD-3988)
