What's New

This release includes only resolved issues.

Important

• The latest version of Cloud API Driver for Facebook is compatible with Social Message Server 8.5.1 version and also Digital Messaging Server 9.0.x versions. You can choose the appropriate Messaging Server during the installation process.
• The Driver also includes new templates based on DMS.
• The Driver requires Java 8.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The plugin no longer shows the Message has attachments message when there is no attachment in the link sent by the customer in a private message. Previously, when the agent the received a link in a private message and the agent opened it, an incorrect message, Message has attachments, was displayed. (SMD-4422)
