DMS no longer starts with incorrect parameters. Previously, DMS remained in suspended mode due to an incorrect handling of the authentication error. DMS retried the authentication request with incorrect parameters every time and it caused the fetch thread blocking. Now, this issue is fixed. (SMD-7593, SMD-7607)
