Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Comments by an agent on Facebook dark posts are no longer routed back to that same agent as a new interaction. Previously, in some instances, the driver would incorrectly detect the source of the message causing some outbound interactions to be routed as an inbound interaction back to the agent. (SMD-6227)
An issue that caused an incorrect handling of attachment filenames is fixed. (SMD-6415)
Upgrade Notes
This release of Cloud API Driver for Facebook 9.0.010.03 is compatible only with Cloud API Driver for Twitter 9.0.010.01 and Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition 9.0.010.02. This driver version is not compatible with previous versions of Cloud API Driver for Twitter and Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition.
If you are upgrading Cloud API Driver for Facebook to 9.0.010.03, you must upgrade Cloud API Driver for Twitter to 9.0.010.01 and Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition to 9.0.010.02.
