What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- A new configuration option, facebooksession.delayed-time, is introduced to allow users to set a delay time (in seconds) for showing the message originated time as the time of interaction to agents in WDE. When the difference between the message origination time and message arrival time exceeds the time configured in the newly added option, agents are shown the message originated time instead of the message arrival time. Otherwise, agents will see the message arrival time as the time of interaction.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Users can now remove the Can Create Retweets privilege for TwitterDirect interactions without impacting the same privilege for Twitter interactions. Previously, agents were not allowed to retweet during both TwitterDirect and Twitter interactions when the Can Create Retweets privilege was disabled for TwitterDirect interactions, but enabled for Twitter interactions. (SMD-5328)
An issue that prevented agents from retrieving interactions from their workbins in WDE is now fixed. (SMD-5739)
An issue that caused the Interaction window to display the same date and time for all facebooksession messages is now fixed. Agents can now see the correct timestamps of messages during a facebooksession interaction.(SMD-5254)
An issue that caused agents to receive duplicate Facebook messages in transcript view is now fixed. (SMD-5742)
Agents can now view the facebooksession interactions in the correct sequence, sorted by the received date and time. Previously, the interactions sequence did not match with the sequence shown in the contact History view in WDE. (SMD-5717)
