What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Agents can now send media attachments in outbound private messages on Twitter. The attachment’s size must be less than 500 KB. The supported file types are JPEG, PNG, and GIF. (SMD-6685)

Important

Genesys Cloud API Driver for Twitter 9.0.011.27 or later is required for this feature.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

The issue that caused incorrect emoticons to appear in Facebook private and public interactions is fixed. Additionally, emoji configuration is updated based on the public emoji table while retaining Windows 2008 support.

Administrators can access the EmoticonEmojis.xml file in the plugin's installation path for further customization. (SMD-6700)

Incorrect rendering of interaction history of Twitter Direct Messages is now fixed. This issue occurred when two or more messages had to be merged. (SMD-6688)
