What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The plugin now adds a title to attachments in the Facebook comments interactions when the attachments arrive without one.
- The Social_plugin_Workspace_Desktop_Edition_851.xml now contains descriptions of the options used by the plugin.
- Agents can now see an indicator, Delayed, in the alert messages that are received with a delay.
- Users can now assign shortcuts to Delete, Transfer, and Move to Workbin options in WDE for Facebook, Facebooksession, and Twitter interactions.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Agents can now open a brand’s Facebook page in a browser by clicking on the Facebook page name in the agent’s Interaction Window. (SMD-5821)
An issue that caused the Reject button to appear in WDE even after disabling the canDecline permission is now fixed.(SMD-5796)
Agents can now see the media type names as defined in the Display Name property of each media type. Previously, the media type names differed from the values configured in the Display Name property. (SMD-5725)
An issue that prevented an agent from deleting an interaction from the interaction queue in WDE is fixed. (SMD-4502)
Agents can now see Facebook comments in the sorting order defined in the facebook.comments-order-direction configuration option.(SMD-2081)
Agents are no longer allowed to upload files other than the permitted image formats such as PNG and JPG in the outbound messages. (SMD-5814)
The plugin no longer truncates dots in the text content in the Facebooksession interactions. Previously, when agents received the text, for example ...hello, WDE displayed hello. (SMD-5716)
The facebooksession.url-regex option is now added to the XML template of the plugin. (SMD-1128)
The interaction-bar.quick-access-modes.facebookprivatemessage option is added to the plugin templates. (SMD-1814)
