Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The plugin now builds the Facebook comment ID correctly when processing EditPublication ESP requests. As a result, supervisors can edit comments posted by agents without any issue. (SMD-6534)
Issues that prevented agents from terminating or transferring Facebook private interactions are now fixed. The issues occurred when the agent roles were modified to allow only Facebook private message interactions. (SMD-6267)
The Profile update time field is removed from the Facebook Interaction Window in WDE as the field has been deprecated by Facebook. (SMD-6255)
Agents’ Facebook comments are now delivered successfully. Previously at times, the comments were not delivered because the plugin processed the page ID instead of the user ID. (SMD-6252)
An issue that resulted in multiple interactions, with status 0, being created in the interaction table of the UCS database is fixed. (SMD-6546)
