Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The Favorite icon now displays in the My History window in WDE for Twitter interactions. (SMD-6046)
Agents can no longer select a Twitter reply handle when replying to an inbound Twitter direct message. The reply message to a direct message is always sent through the same handle that received the message. (SMD-6035)
An issue that caused WDE to display Facebook private message content as a link is fixed. The issue occurred when the message content was in the format, <key: value>. (SMD-5912)
When an agent is handling more than one Facebook session interaction, the interaction tab that is not in focus blinks if there is an update on that session. (SMD-4815)
An active outbound Facebook or Twitter reply is now saved to the workbin instead of the interaction queue if an agent logs out without sending reply. (SMD-1341, SMD-1342)
When an agent composes a reply to a Tweet and switches between two active Twitter interactions, the agent no longer loses the composed reply. Previously in this scenario, the composed reply Tweet was lost. (SMD-6047)
Agents can now open their Facebook Inbox in a browser by clicking on the time stamp of the incoming Facebook private message. (SMD-6059)
An issue that caused a slight delay in opening the first Facebook session interaction and no case data to be displayed, is fixed. (SMD-5860)
