Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Agents can now refresh reactions for Facebook Notes without any issue. Previously, agents could not refresh reactions for a Notes post that had a high number of comments. (SMD-6589)
The Show History feature in WDE now supports 9.x versions of Universal Contact Server (UCS). Previously, the feature did not work as expected when used in conjunction with UCS 9.x versions. (SMD-6582)
The error messages now provide more clarity for different types of errors that might occur when refreshing Facebook reactions. (SMD-6549)
