Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An issue with pre-loading of MP3 and MP4 attachments during Facebook private interactions is now fixed. (SMD-6939)
The plugin now shows the correct character count and highlights characters above the maximum limit properly when composing a Twitter outbound message. (SMD-6917)
The plugin now displays the list of available Twitter channels during outbound interactions. (SMD-7064)
An issue that prevented the plugin from reconnecting to Chat Servers during High Availability switch is fixed. (SMD-7061)
An issue with ESP request that prevented agents from replying to Facebook comments is now fixed. (SMD-7031)
Agents can hide or show Facebook posts and comments without any issues. (SMD-7022)
