Tomcat Service - File Permissions Issue

The Tomcat 9 service does not have full permissions by default for logs and configuration folders. As a result, logs are not generated and deployments fail.

Workaround:

1. Stop the Composer Tomcat service.

2. Right-click the Tomcat folder within the Composer installer folder, and grant full permissions to the required user accounts in the Security tab.

3. Close the dialog and start the Tomcat service.
