Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An issue that caused some Twitter interactions to be incorrectly placed in the agent's workbin is fixed. (SMD-6244)
The Details tab under the Contact view in WDE now displays messages pertaining to the active interaction. Previously, the Details tab did not display any messages for the active interaction. (SMD-6196)
An issue that prevented agents from sending unsolicited Twitter direct messages at times, is fixed. (SMD-6106)
Upgrade Notes
This release of Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition 9.0.010.02 is compatible only with Cloud API Driver for Twitter 9.0.010.01 and Cloud API Driver for Facebook 9.0.010.03. This plugin version is not compatible with previous versions of Cloud API Driver for Twitter and Cloud API Driver for Facebook.
If you are upgrading Social Media Plugin for Workspace Desktop Edition to 9.0.010.02, you must upgrade Cloud API Driver for Twitter to 9.0.010.01 and Cloud API Driver for Facebook to 9.0.010.03.
