Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The application template now contains appropriate values for attachment sizes that can be used in settings. Previously, application template had invalid values for inbound and outbound attachments sizes. (SMD-7649)
The parent inbound interaction contact data such as standard FirstName, and LastName is now correctly passed to an outbound reply. Previously, the Facebook, Twitter, and TwitterDirect outbound interactions did not inherit parent inbound interaction contact data and agent was unable to search by contact fields for outbound interactions. (SMD-7648)
The keyboard shortcuts are now compatible between the previous and latest versions of Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE). Previously, because of compatibility issues, agents could not use the shortcut keys (set in the previous versions) in the latest WDE version. (SMD-7647)
The Social Media plugin now starts properly with WDE versions 8.5.159.05 and 8.5.160.04. Hot Keys and mouse-over alt text are now working properly. (SMD-7645)
The Social Media plugin is now compatible when transferring an interaction between previous and latest WDE versions. Previously, agents could not transfer interactions between previous and latest WDE versions. (SMD-7609)
Agents can now use the Twitter handle suggestions popup. Additionally, agents can now use special characters in the CEZ keyboard layout in Twitter and TwitterDirect replies. (SMD-7577)
