What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- A new option, twitter.text-flow-type, is introduced that allows users to change alignment of chat text. The valid values are:
- auto (default) – Aligns text automatically based on the text language
- leftside – Forces chat text to align left
- rightside – Forces chat text to align right

- The following new options that allow you to set outbound attachment size limit per file type have been introduced:
- facebooksession.outbound-attachment-max-size – Sets the maximum file size for sending images in Facebook private messages
- facebooksession.outbound-nonimage-attachment-max-size – Sets the maximum file size for sending files other than images in Facebook private messages
- facebook.image-attachment-max-size – Sets the maximum file size for sending images in public messages (unsolicited posts and comment replies)

Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An issue that prevented agents from responding to merged interactions from the Interaction Search, History, and Contact History tabs is resolved. Now, agents can respond with outbound messages by clicking the Direct Message button. (SMD-7780)
An issue that prevented agents from previewing interactions of Twitter direct messages is now fixed. (SMD-7786)
The plugin now displays the correct font colors in menus and buttons in the default theme. (SMD-7739)
