This release includes only resolved issues.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
WFM now correctly synchronizes agent names and skills. Previously, special characters used in agents' names and skills were sometimes corrupted after synchronizing with Configuration Server. (WFM-32509)
WFM Server now calculates schedule coverage with no generated error messages. Previously, an Unspecified error message sometimes displayed in the Schedule > Intra-Day view when displaying schedule coverage or saving schedule changes. (WFM-32466)
Scheduled data processing of background tasks (like wait-listing, bidding, overtime, etc.) now runs on the primary WFM Server only. The backup WFM Server will run background tasks after the switchover, but only if those tasks are enabled in the backup WFM Server's configuration. (WFM-32452)
In the Web for Supervisors Policies > Time-Off Rules view, if the Paid hours in full-day time off option is set to 0, paid hours for full-day time off items are not defined. Previously, if this option was set to 0, WFM processed this option as 0 paid hours. (WFM-32366)
WFM agents no longer receive spam email notifications about schedule changes. Previously, some agents were incorrectly receiving multiple no reply spam emails about schedule changes when no schedule changes were being made. (WFM-32360)
WFM now masks passwords when the [auth] provider configuration option is enabled and request/response is enabled in the log. (WFM-29445)
